On 17 September 2025, CGCC organized a training course on “Design Thinking” for the staff, facilitated by Mr. Chey Virek, Manager of Business Development (Bond Guarantee).

Design Thinking is a creative, user-centered problem-solving approach that focuses on understanding and addressing the needs of end users. This methodology has been widely embraced by leading institutions such as Stanford University and by innovative companies such as Apple, Google, and Toyota to drive product development and innovation.

During the training, participants engaged in interactive group activities designed to explore and apply the Design Thinking process to complex real-world challenges relevant to CGCC, which aims to foster collaboration, empathy and generate practical, impactful solutions.
