On 22 April 2025, CGCC team led by Mr. Yun Phan, Director of Strategy and Business Development  organized a workshop and sales training skills for staff of Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs)  in Preah Vihear  Province to raise awareness  about credit guarantee, the procedures of credit guarantee, and providing the sales training skills twith staff of PFIs by Mr. Yun Phanwho has the consultative sales experiences in banking industry.

The workshop was attended by the management and staff of the selected PFIs including Canadia Bank, Sathapana Bank, LOLC MFI, Prince Bank, ABA Bank & ACLEDA Bank in total of 30 participants. This workshop provided opportunities for both CGCC and PFIs to enhance mutual understanding of credit guarantees and valuable opportunities for PFIs to increase lending to potential borrowers that lack collateral when requesting loans through implementing professional sales skills.
