On 14 November 2025, CGCC successfully organized a crucial training course titled “Build the CGCC’s Etiquette & Protocol” for all CGCC dedicated staff. The half-day session was facilitated by Mr. But Vanny, Director of Human Capital and Administration, and Mr. Nuon Vanny, Manager of Internal Audit Department​ and was designed to enhance the professional image, communication skills, and overall workplace conduct of every employee, ensuring a unified and highly professional representation of the organization.

A significant and highly beneficial component of the training was the interactive group discussion. Staff were divided into small teams and given real-world scenarios designed to test their understanding and application of the day’s lessons.

This interactive session fostered team collaboration, encouraged critical thinking, and solidified the understanding of CGCC’s expected standards of professionalism, making the training a resounding success in building a polished and cohesive corporate image​ of all staff.
