From 8 to 12 September 2025, CGCC team, led by Mr. Eng Tongngy, Director of Risk and Compliance of CGCC, visited provincial branches of selected Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs). The purpose of the visit was to engage with the management and staff of these selected PFIs to discuss the implementation of CGCC’s credit guarantee mechanisms, and to raise more awareness about the credit guarantee. These selected PFIs include:

– Steung Treng: Prince Bank and ABA Bank

– Kratie: ABA Bank, Prince Bank and Sathapana Bank

– Thbong Kmum: ARDB Bank, Peince Bank and Sathapana Bank

– Prey Veng: Phillip Bank and ABA Bank

The discussions with CGCC PFIs’ provincial branches in these potential provinces provided valuable opportunities for both CGCC and PFIs to enhance mutual understanding of credit guarantees, to build a closer relationship, to improve service quality, and opportunities for PFIs to increase access to finance for SMEs in the provinces, contributing to economic growth in the regions.
