From 02 to 06 June 2025, under the collaboration towards local capital market development in Cambodia, CGCC team received a training course provided by the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG), the parent company of GuarantCo, CGCC’s international partner.

The training focused on essential topics, including legal framework, credit assessment, and risk management for credit guarantees.

The participants in this training included 13 CGCC’s management and team members, delegates from PIDG, both virtually and in person, and delegates from YOG Infra, the financial advisory firm that supports sustainable infrastructure development by helping developers and DFIs make informed investment decisions.

CGCC and GuarantCo entered into the Memorandum of Understanding in August 2024, and the subsequent Framework Agreement was signed in January 2025.
