  1. Personal Assistant to CEO

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO on the timely management of communications, including written, telephone, email, and voicemail.
  • Support the CEO by providing a high standard of personal executive level assistance to meet the needs of the CEO’s objectives, including a significant amount of diary management, setting up meetings, hospitality, travel, and visa arrangements worldwide.
  • Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow up with those that required answers, responses, and written replies.
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
  • Conserves CEO’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information; initiating telecommunications.
  • Assist in the management and organization of the CEO calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands.
  • Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements for the CEO.
  • Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and transcribe correspondence from handwritten
  • Coordinate onsite meetings, luncheons, coffees, in-house events.
  • Perform Variety of office and personal errands.
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Coordinate the hosting of in- house events.
  • Carry out any other duties and ad-hoc assignments assigned by managements as and when required for CGCC.

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or other related fields.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in both Khmer & English.

 

  1. Senior Executive of Human Capital and Administration

Key responsibilities

  • Support and assist to prepare staff performance management systems, including staff confirmations, hiring policies and procedures including job analysis, job scope, staff identification, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and organisational structure and human capacity planning and productivity.
  • Support and assist to ensure, follow up, and provide day-to-day HR policies, develop the HR policy/SOP, procedures and operations, including recruitment process & retention, compliance, compensation & benefits framework, payroll and budget, job development, performance measurement and personnel affairs, hiring recommendation and new contracts.
  • Support and assist to handle the HR planning process to determine the CGCC’s long-term staffing needs through discussing the personnel needs with department staffs and prepares personnel forecasts to plan employment needs and HR budget preparation & reviews HR plans for the CGCC.
  • Manage and handle all matters related to employment, recording, maintaining employee records and preparing HR reports for management.
  • Assisting with recruitment programme and formulate a proper exit interview process.
  • Support and assist the staff Learning & Development framework to develop the staff knowledge and Skills.
  • Support and assist all aspects of administration affairs/functions; including public relations, labour liaisons, office operations, maintenance of all equipment and supplies in accordance with CGCC’s purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
  • Carry out any other duties and ad-hoc assignments assigned by managements as and when required for CGCC.

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Public Administration, Management, Business Administration, or other related fields,
  • At least 3 years working experiences
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer & English
  • Competent with MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

 

  1. Executive of Customer Service

Key responsibilities:

  • To be the liaison person for CGCC to work and give information on the Guarantee Products and procedures, and Marketing and Business Operations of CGCC.
  • Greet clients and welcome guests/visitors/customers in a polite & welcoming manner with a positive and helpful attitude as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the relevant person and/or department.
  • Answer and screen direct phone calls and social media inquiries in a timely and professional, and forward those inquiries to the relevant person and/or department.
  • Provide excellent customer services
  • Provide basic and accurate information about CGCC business and products to public through in-person, phone/email, and social media inquiries.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily incoming documents/deliveries.
  • Carry out any other duties and ad-hoc assignments assigned by managements as and when required for CGCC.

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or other related fields.
  • Fresh undergraduates are also encouraged to apply for this job.
  • Good English and Khmer communication (both written and spoken).
  • Customer service attitude (friendly, patiently, and helpful).
  • Being open-minded and willing to learn new things
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

 

4. Senior Executive/ Executive, Finance and Business Analytics

Key responsibilities

  • Register and maintain suppliers, Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs), and contracts information in system.
  • Check and verify supplier invoices and employee expenses to ensure compliance with finance manual and taxation.
  • Record the day-to-day transactions to accounting system correctly and on time.
  • Review and prepare payment to suppliers, employee expense claims and claims from PFIs in accordance to finance manual.
  • Issue invoice to PFIs as per guideline.
  • Manage and collect the account receivable and deposit in the bank.
  • Manage and update fixed asset register
  • Support the computation and filing of monthly taxation and other compliances.
  • Preparing reconciliation report as per required.
  • File and maintain accounting documents in proper file and place.
  • Work with procurement units on purchasing process to ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist to review and enhance internal control relating to physical assets control
  • Assist on management report with commentary analysis on the financial results
  • Assist on preparing financial budget plan
  • General finance administrative and other assigned tasks
  • Carry out any other duties and ad-hoc assignments assigned by managements as and when required for CGCC.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Management or related field
  • At least 2 to 5 years’ experience in Financial Management, Accounting or Bookkeeping
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word and outlook.
  • Excellent in communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good knowledge of ERP system or other accounting applications
  • Be able to communicate effectively and professionally in Khmer and English both in writing and speaking.
